14. Defendant Wise US Inc.’s Corporate Disclosure Statement

Defendant Wise US, Inc. (“Wise”), pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1, hereby discloses the following information regarding its corporate affiliations:

1. Wise is a Delaware corporation and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wise Payments Limited.
2. Wise Payments Limited is an entity based in the United Kingdom and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wise Financial Holdings Limited.
3. Wise Financial Holdings Limited is an entity based in the United Kingdom and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wise PLC, which is an entity based in the United Kingdom.
4. No other publicly held corporation owns 10% or more of Wise’s stock.
