The following screenshot displays Wise’s Help Center article titled:

The article states:
We understand it’s concerning to receive an email that we’re closing your Wise account.
We know this can be disruptive, and we never take this decision lightly.
We may close your account if its activity goes against the Customer Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy for your region.
The article identifies examples that could lead to account closure:
- Trading in cryptocurrency
- Payments for illegal products or services
- Payments for restricted items like weaponry
Relevance
These screenshots document both the operational restriction imposed on Plaintiff’s account and Wise’s publicly stated account-closure policy.
The first screenshot demonstrates that Wise prevented Plaintiff from sending or receiving money and from using his payment card while funds remained in the account.
The second screenshot reflects the explanation publicly provided by Wise regarding circumstances under which customer accounts may be closed.
