ORDER
Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File an Additional Reply (Document No. 19), and Plaintiff’s Motion to Redact or Seal Exhibit C to Defendant’s Second Declaration (Document No. 20).
Having considered the motions, submissions, and applicable law, the Court determines that the pending motions should be denied.
Accordingly, the Court hereby:
ORDERS that Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File an Additional Reply (Document No. 19) is DENIED.
The Court further ORDERS that Plaintiff’s Motion to Redact or Seal Exhibit C to Defendant’s Second Declaration (Document No. 20) is DENIED.
